Returns & cancellations
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your sofa, without giving a reason.
To cancel, contact us at hello@arufurnish.co.uk or call +44 7516 046765 within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, in their original condition.
If your sofa arrives damaged or not as described, contact us immediately and we'll resolve it promptly.
